Are you tough but nice? Persistent and pleasant? Are you organized? Tactful? How about proactive and self disciplined? If you answered YES to all of these, than we may want to speak to you. We have a part time position, once a day every 2 weeks (flexible) to perform the following tasks. Keep collection and billing records on Quickbooks. Send out Bills. Contact clients regarding payments. Organize letters and mailings. Basic office administrative duties such as filing and data entry. This is for a Marina in Far Rockway. Must know quickbooks and word processing tasks such as mail merge, etc. Excell spread sheet reporting a plus. All basic but important skills to keep accurate , meticulous records.
